We need your talent and expertise./ppActs as the face of CH, answering phones and welcoming all visitors to the agency. Oversees supply ordering, daily mailings, employee contact information, maintaining scanners printers, machine service calls, conference room set-up, logging cancellations and reinstatements, telephone system./ppSpecific responsibilities include:/pulliReceives visitors and callers, determines their needs, checks appointments, and directs visitors to the appropriate person or office./liliMaintains and acts as a point person for agency telephone system as liaison to Cross Ring Central phone system support/liliDistributes daily faxes received via email to the appropriate parties/liliPicks up incoming agency mail from the Post Office each morning; opens, date stamps, sorts and distributes all incoming agency mail; prepares and tracks all express mailings, maintains FedEx account/liliOrders and prices all agency supplies including office needs, toner, and stationary./liliLogs service calls on any malfunctioning office equipment/liliTroubleshoot Postage machinery at branch including replenishment of funds for postage/liliMaintains agency lists (e. g. company directory, Disaster Calling Tree, outlook contacts, etc.)/liliLogs all agency cancellations and reinstatements for Personal lines./liliSets up breaks down A/V equipment in the conference room for department meetings if requested/li/ulpOther duties and responsibilities include:/pulliTrains new hires on Ring Central phone system basics, how to fax from Outlook and Epic, how to use office equipment, and procedure to order supplies/liliAssist with stamping mail at end of day as needed and take to post office/liliAny additional projects assigned by management to assist CL or Pl departments/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliExcellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills./liliAppropriate technical knowledge and computer skills./liliProficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, PowerPoint and Outlook)./liliCapable of juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure./liliAble to prioritize tasks and anticipate needs./li/ulpCompensation: The base salary range for this role is $45,000.00$46,000.00 [annually/hourly]. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
