Achieving sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, and correcting employees. Completing company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Achieving financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses. Maintaining the stability and reputation of the salon by complying with all legal requirements. Managing and assigning tasks appropriately to ensure the salons are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept, and customer ready. Establishing rapport with customers building loyalty and long-term relationships Creating a positive, motivating, team based environment. Investigating and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Analyzing daily sales and expense information and performing all other financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits. Safeguarding and accounting for all money received and being responsible for banking requirements.
