Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility industry, is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to join their team. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be part of the Client Services department supporting AV infrastructure, conferencing technology, and collaborative spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Audio Visual Technician

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $60 per hour

What's the Job?

• Design and deploy AV standards and infrastructure, including conference rooms and training spaces using Neat hardware, Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron NVX, and AV-over-IP standards.
• Lead and contribute to AV-related projects such as office build-outs, technology refreshes, and developing AV service roadmaps.
• Manage and administer the company's Zoom platform, including user provisioning, troubleshooting, feature deployment, security compliance, and licensing.
• Provide advanced support and ongoing maintenance for conference and collaborative space technology, troubleshooting issues related to Zoom Rooms, Mac Minis, and room controllers.
• Create and maintain accurate inventory of AV devices, develop hardware refresh plans, and utilize remote management platforms for device health monitoring and firmware updates.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in a professional audiovisual role.
• 3+ years of experience in AV infrastructure design, deployment, or project management.
• Expertise in administering the Zoom platform, including Zoom Meetings, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Events.
• Proven experience providing executive-level white-glove support.
• Strong knowledge of managing and troubleshooting networked AV systems such as Neat, Dante, Q-SYS, and Crestron NVX.
