About the Role

The Company is in search of dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors for a three-year term. Board members play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization, and the company is committed to ensuring that the experience is both impactful and meaningful. The ideal candidates will have a strong dedication to the company's mission and a diverse range of perspectives and experiences that reflect the various constituencies served. Board members are expected to attend regular meetings, both in-person and online, and to actively participate in at least one board committee. This is a voluntary, unpaid position, and the company is looking for individuals who can commit to the responsibilities of board service and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
