Now Hiring: CNC Operator – Night Shift | Tulsa, OK
Pay: $39,291 – $48,256 annually + $3.50/hour shift differential
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Start Date: 07/14/2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Training on day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Are you an experienced CNC Operator with welding or robotic system skills? A growing manufacturer in Tulsa, OK is seeking a skilled CNC Robot Operator for its night shift team. This is a hands-on role with excellent pay, benefits, and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery and robotic systems for coating and welding applications

• Load/unload parts, set tooling, and perform safety checks

• Read blueprints and apply precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, scales)

• Monitor automated equipment for quality and conformance

• Adjust controls and troubleshoot malfunctions as needed

• Record data, assist with process improvement, and help train new staff

• Operate forklifts and lifting devices to move parts and materials

• Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with robotic systems and/or welding highly preferred

• Strong blueprint reading and math skills (including geometry and algebra)

• Proficiency using precision measuring tools

• Forklift operation experience required

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and 50 lbs occasionally

• Standing, manual dexterity, and close vision required

• Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
