We are seeking an experienced and strategic Commission Analyst / Manager to oversee the commission administration process Eterna. This role will manage the full lifecycle of commission operations, including calculations, reporting, compliance, and system improvements, while leading a team of analysts. The Commission Manager will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Distribution, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate and transparent compensation for agents and agencies, while aligning commission structures with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end commission cycle across all insurance products (life, health, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payouts.
• Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to design, implement, and refine agent and broker commission/bonus structures.
• Oversee commission systems and ensuring scalability, automation, and efficiency.
• Provide leadership with detailed commission reporting, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Act as the escalation point for commission disputes and resolve complex compensation inquiries.
• Drive process improvements to reduce errors, shorten payout cycles, and enhance transparency for the field force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance commissions, agency compensation, or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of insurance models (independent agents, brokers etc.).
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and commission/renewal structures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and management skills.
