Construction Demo & Grading Laborer

$18-$24/Hourly, DOE

Benefits, Paid Holidays, Vacation Time, 401K, etc...

Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Mon-Fri work Schedule

Since the company's birth, in 1981, Tight Quarters, Inc. has provided quality assistance to the world of demolition, grading, and concrete cutting and breaking for commercial, residential and industrial communities throughout greater Southern California.

Requirements:

• Experience working in demolition, repair, remodel, modification, alteration, or construction of homes or buildings.
• Must be able to lift 90 lbs., physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Ability to work safely and productively.
• Indoor and outdoor work environments; working in narrow crawl spaces, on ladders or scaffolding; working in or around dust.
• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other team members.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.
• Must have hard working attitude.

Experience:

• Laborer: 1 year (Required)
