Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in creating engaging content across digital and print platforms while also supporting day-to-day operations such as shipping, inventory, and event setup on campus. You’ll work closely with our small but dedicated team to bring our mission to life through thoughtful communication and consistent branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce digital and print materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign)
• Social Media Marketing on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Create and manage newsletters and email campaigns through Constant Contact
• Collaborate with staff to grow and segment our email list and target audience
• Use Microsoft 365 tools daily, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Assist with content planning, social media visuals, and occasional video editing
• Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
• Support shipping and inventory processes as needed
• Assist with preparation and execution of on-campus events
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and vendors with a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe products (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) and Canva
• Experience using Constant Contact for email marketing
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to pitch in where needed—whether it's assembling mailings or helping during an event
• Strong organizational and data entry skills
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for wellness, education, or personal development is a plus!
