Position Summary

Support the planning and execution of HVAC controls and building automation system installations. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow, has a technical mindset, and wants to be part of a strong team that’s willing to teach and guide the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating controls projects from start to finish
• • Work alongside experienced superintendents and foremen to understand timelines and scope
• • Help review drawings, specs, and submittals; attend job walks and site visits
• • Track progress, materials, labor, and documentation
• • Support with procurement, safety, and job documentation
• • Participate in project meetings and work with internal and external teams
• • Ask questions, stay engaged, and keep building knowledge

Preferred but Not Required • Familiarity with DDC systems (Tridium, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.) • Experience with Procore or similar tools

• Background in HVAC, electrical, or controls—even at a junior level What You’ll Gain • Mentorship and hands-on training from experienced team members

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience or an internship in mechanical, electrical, construction, or controls
• • Interest in controls, automation, or project management
• • Able to read or willing to learn how to read blueprints and drawings
• • Strong communication and a positive, team-first approach
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project tools a plus
• • Degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• • Willing to travel to job sites occasionally

Physical Demands

• • Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• • Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25pounds.
• • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, colorvision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
