Job Description

Lionbridgeis seeking an experienced Copy Editor for Software Developer TrainingContent and Documentation to support a key client in the software securityspace. In this role, you will review and copyedit technical training materialsand product documentation created by multiple vendors for a developer-focusedaudience. The position requires strong technical editing skills, attention todetail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolvingenvironment. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts andstakeholders to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency. This role isideal for a detail-oriented editor with experience in software documentationand technical training content.

What YouWill Do

· Copyeditand review software developer training content and technical documentation foraccuracy, clarity, and consistency

· Ensureall content adheres to the Microsoft Style Guide (MSTP) and establishedstandards

· Collaboratewith subject matter experts and stakeholders to resolve technical and editorialquestions

· Manageand update content using workflow tools such as Docusaurus, Markdown, andGitLab

· Adaptquickly to changing project priorities while meeting deadlines

To BeSuccessful You Will Have

· 3+years of professional copy-editing experience, preferably with technical orsoftware-related content

· Provenability to communicate effectively with both technical subject matter expertsand client stakeholders

· Experienceediting software training materials and documentation using the Microsoft StyleGuide (MSTP)

· Hands-onexperience with documentation workflows and tools, including Docusaurus,Markdown, and GitLab

· Strongtime management, organizational skills, and excellent written English grammar
