Victory Plaza Dental Group is a multi-specialty state-of-the-art dental office in the heart of North Hollywood. We are looking for a highly experienced Dental Assistant/ RDA to join our team.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge of Dentrix A plus. 
• Must be available to work Mon- Fri... NO weekends.
• Must have great communication skills and customer service bilingual a plus (Spanish speaking).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Previous experience as a Back Floor Supervisor A plus.

Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the floor, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, detail oriented and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive work environment.
• Supervise daily operations on the floor, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
• Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.
