Essential Job Functions: The incumbent must be able to perform all duties with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Develop and own a holistic enterprise digital e-commerce analytics strategy, including testing, access, and content distribution.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to understand needs and develop an evolution roadmap.
• Lead reporting for e-commerce and executive teams, ensuring proactive insights.
• Create analytical models to analyze customer journeys through the e-commerce funnel.
• Partner with analytics teams to identify improvement opportunities across the customer experience.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentations for various audiences, including executives and vendors.
• Attend industry conferences to stay updated on trends.
• Model leadership behaviors, advocating for change and growth.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Support Petco’s total reward strategy to motivate and retain partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA, Master’s, or PhD in relevant fields such as Statistics, Math, Economics, or Computer Science.
• 8-10 years of experience in analytics/data science with an e-commerce focus.
• Deep understanding of retail analytics domains.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL, etc.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with large datasets.
