As our Director of Banquet Operations, you will be the mastermind behind our flawless banquets and events. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and desired outcomes, tailoring packages and services to exceed their expectations.
  • Manage all aspects of banquet operations, including set-up, service, and breakdown, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise a team of banquet staff, providing ongoing coaching and support to maintain high standards of service excellence.
  • Oversee menu planning, working closely with our talented culinary team to curate a diverse selection of delectable options that cater to various tastes and dietary needs.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in event logistics, including equipment, audiovisual needs, decor, and any special requests, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to enhance our offerings and secure competitive pricing for event-related services.
  • Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring all team members follow established protocols and guidelines.

  • Previous experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
