Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Housekeeping located in New York City. The Director of Housekeeping will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring guest satisfaction through clean and well-maintained rooms, providing exceptional guest service, and overseeing budgeting for housekeeping operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous Director of Housekeeping experience in New York City union hotels
  • Supervisory Skills and Budgeting experience
  • Guest Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of hotel industry standards and best practices
