Job Description: Lead payroll operations and HR helpdesk for US and Canada Ensure accurate, timely payroll for 9,000 employees Maintain compliance with tax, wage/hour laws, and union agreements Drive automation, system optimization, and cross-department alignment Oversee GL reconciliation, audits, and executive reporting Key Responsibilities: Payroll systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle) Payroll GL integration and reconciliation Non-Negotiables: Experience with high-volume, multi-state/hourly payroll Compliance and tax knowledge Prior management of a team Onsite 2 days/week (subject to change) Nice-to-Haves: CPP certification Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
