Sand & Gravel Dispatcher - North Texas


Our client, a rapidly growing aggregates company in North Texas, is seeking a Sand & Gravel Dispatcher to manage daily truck dispatch across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. With 130-150 trucks running daily and a 12+ month backlog, they need a high-performing dispatcher to help scale operations.



Position : Sand & Gravel Dispatcher
Location : North Texas (Relocation Provided)
Compensation : Competitive base salary + performance bonus



What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch and coordinate 130-150 gravel trucks daily
  
  
• Assign routes, schedule loads, and track deliveries
  
  
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and clients
  
  
• Ensure compliance with DOT and internal policies
  
  
• Use dispatching software to manage routes and timing
  
  
• Collaborate with leadership in a team-first environment
  
  

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in dispatch (sand, gravel, or aggregates)
  
  
• Strong knowledge of North TX and Southern OK routes
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  
  
• Proficiency in dispatching/routing systems
