We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The right candidate will coordinate tow truck drivers, communicate with property managers, law enforcement, and customers, and manage calls efficiently. This position requires strong multitasking skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a commitment to great service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and dispatch incoming calls in a professional, courteous manner
• Coordinate drivers based on location, workload, and urgency
• Enter calls and details accurately into dispatch software
• Communicate with drivers via phone or radio throughout each shift
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of tows, impounds, and releases
• Support office and field operations as needed

Requirements:

• Prior dispatch, towing, or transportation experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed
