Door to Door Residential Sales Representative Join to apply for the Door to Door Residential Sales Representative role at GoNetspeed . Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr. $5,000 Signing-Performance Bonus for achieving targets in first 120 days. Base Salary: $35,000 plus uncapped commission. Total Target Compensation: $70,000 — $125,000. Core Responsibilities Engage and acquire new customers and close sales opportunities through door-to-door sales. Identify and target potential customers within designated towns and cities, communicating and developing rapport to understand their needs and preferences. Continuously maintain a detailed knowledge of product features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns relative to competition. Evaluate individual customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations. Maintain sales production to meet or exceed individual quotas. Requirements Experience in direct sales; door-to-door sales or B2B sales is nice to have but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Must be able to work outside in any weather environment. Must be available to work between 10 AM and 7 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. Results-driven, self‑motivated, capable of working independently, and excellent attendance is required. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for local travel to prospecting locations; mileage allowance provided. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Active and valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Familiarity with the telecommunications or broadband industry and competitive landscape is a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills. Enthusiastic learner of all products and services. Ability to always represent oneself and the company in a professional and ethical manner. Strong in‑person communication skills for face-to-face cold selling. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments and manage projects effectively. Capacity to make sound decisions using available information. Physical Requirements Must be able to read computer screens and various reports (75‑100%). Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with employees and business contacts (75‑100%). Must be able to write, type, and use a phone system (75‑100%). Frequent standing, walking, and stair climbing required (75‑100%). Occasional stooping and kneeling (25‑49%). Occasional lifting, pulling, and pushing (25‑49%). Benefits Advancement opportunities.
