Job Summary As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be part of a dynamic sales department. You will engage with customers, guide them through Optimum’s suite of products—high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies—and ensure their solutions fit their needs. Responsibilities Customized solutions: Craft tailored telecom packages that exceed customer expectations. Product knowledge: Keep up-to-date on offerings, pricing plans, and technology. Sales pitch: Persuade customers in the field, addressing concerns and objections. Closing deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, securing long‑term customer commitment. Documentation: Complete all paperwork and sales reports accurately. Relationship building: Provide post‑sales support and turn customers into lifelong advocates. Team collaboration: Share insights and strategies with fellow sales representatives. Targets and quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills. Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk. Availability to work full time. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual to support diverse customers. Sales‑centric mindset with passion for achieving targets. Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed‑line services. Digital proficiency with CRM, POS, and other software. Adaptability to new technologies and digital transformation.
