Electrical Assemblers

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay: $18-$34/HR

Duration: 12 Month Contract to Hire OR Direct Hire

Shift Details

1. 1st Shift:
   • Monday Friday
   • Flexible 8-hour shifts with a 20-minute paid lunch
   • Shift start options: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
   • Must pick one schedule and maintain consistency Monday through Friday
2. 2nd Shift:
   • Monday Thursday
   • 2:00 PM 12:00 Midnight
   • Fridays off

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. This role involves the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical control panels. The ideal candidate will have experience working from schematics and wire lists, and be proficient in mechanical tasks such as drilling, tapping, and cutting.

Key Responsibilities

• Layout and mount electrical components on sub-panels and enclosures.
• Perform mechanical modifications including drilling, tapping, and cutting of panels and enclosures.
• Wire assembled components accurately using simple schematics and/or wire lists.
• Inspect and test completed panels for quality and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Prior experience in electrical panel assembly or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wire lists.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools for mechanical assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
