We’re looking for Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associates to represent national brands at live events, in-store promotions, and local outreach campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and sales strategy—all while being mentored and trained for leadership .

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Execute live marketing events, retail promotions, and branded pop-up activations

• Represent clients at retail locations and community outreach events

• Engage customers face-to-face , educate them about brand offerings, and build strong connections

• Assist in lead generation, customer acquisition , and brand awareness efforts

• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and campaign performance goals

• Participate in ongoing training and development focused on sales strategy and leadership

• Gather customer insights to help improve campaign messaging and performance

✅ Who We're Looking For:

• Local candidates preferred; immediate availability is a plus

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework a bonus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

• Comfortable in public-facing, high-energy environments

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and growth mindset

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
