Record and analyze test results to identify any discrepancies or issues. + **Assembly Support:** Assist in the assembly of products, ensuring that components are correctly assembled and meet specified standards. + **Documentation & Reporting:** Accurately record all test results, observations, and any required changes or improvements. Document and report findings to supervisors to ensure timely decision-making. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. + **Safety & Compliance:** Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety standards, using appropriate protective equipment and following safe working procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. **Required Qualifications:** + **Education:** Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience. + **Experience:** 0-2 years of hands-on experience in testing, assembly, or a related field. + **Knowledge:** Familiarity with industry-specific tests, testing equipment, and basic assembly techniques. + **Skills:** Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
