Provide full-spectrum, outpatient family medicine care
Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute conditions
Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyles
Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary care team
Participate in on-call rotations and quality improvement initiatives
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility)
Experience with electronic medical records
Strong communication and leadership skills
Spanish fluency is a plus
