Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, 3 days in office) Compensation: Base salary up to $140,000 + bonus for qualified candidates Job Type: Full Time Benefits: Strong annual bonus structure, 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, PTO, Stock Options, and career advancement opportunities Why You Should Apply: Join a Fortune 500 company with a strong track record of stability and innovation across global automotive and industrial markets High visibility role that partners directly with IT leadership across North America and globally Opportunity to own core budgeting, forecasting, and IT allocation strategy impacting enterprise-wide decision making What We’re Looking For: ~7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business finance roles ~ Background supporting IT functions and understanding IT financials is preferred ~ Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and software capitalization ~ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/reporting systems like PeopleSoft, TM1/Planning & Analytics, and Oracle BI ~ Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT and Finance leadership ~ Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar quantitative field (MBA preferred) What You’ll Be Doing: Lead monthly IT allocation calculations and manage show-back documentation across multiple business units Own monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and variance analysis for IT Opex/Capex Prepare accruals, reclass journal entries, and month-end reporting packages Analyze actual results vs. forecast, budget, and prior year to identify key business drivers Build and maintain business case models in collaboration with IT leaders to support project investment decisions Conduct post-closeout reviews to evaluate benefit realization against original projections Support annual IT spend benchmarking across North American and global divisions Create and present executive-level reports to VP-level stakeholders Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and models to support strategic decision-making
