We are seeking technically oriented and customer-focused Global Sales Engineers to support our domestic and international clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of electronic components and a passion for providing application-level support across global markets. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for global sales teams and customers (both domestic and international) Recommend products and solutions based on customer applications and technical requirements Assist with international customer development, including email follow-up, sample coordination, and support during commercial negotiations Contribute to overseas sales opportunities by offering technical insight and business communication support Coordinate sample delivery, product validation, and transition to mass production Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, and customer reports Participate in virtual and in-person customer meetings, trade shows, and technical presentations Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and engineering teams (internal and external) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Materials, or related disciplines 1+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical support, or application engineering preferred Solid understanding of passive components; experience with thermistors and temperature sensors is preferred. Strong English and Chinese communication skills (written and spoken) Detail-oriented and capable of managing technical conversations with international clients Willingness to travel for business if needed (domestic and international) A valid U.S. visa is required for future business travel and trade shows.
