Volunteers of America National Services is seeking an Healthcare Controller to join our team. This role will manage and direct the accounting department, and direct the preparation and interpretation of financial reports, provide and implement efficient and effective accounting policies & procedures.
\nSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)

\nSalary: $122,600-$157,700
\nAbout the Job: To manage and direct the accounting department, manage and direct the preparation and interpretation of financial reports, provide and implement efficient and effective accounting policies & procedures.
\nEssential Functions:
\nManage and direct the accounting department, specifically providing direct feedback and support for the following positions:
\nManage and direct the accounting function for Volunteers of America National Services and its subordinate corporations (“ VOANS”), which includes the following lines of business:
\nOversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting working papers to include:
\nWork collaboratively with the Vice President- Finance and Administration and the Director of Healthcare Finance in managing and directing the following VOANS business Cycles:
\nProvide support on financial and accounting matters to our clients to include:
\nProvide support on business office process to include:
\nSupport the Director of Healthcare Finance regarding operational and outside party financial reporting requirements:
