Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in servicing the Tri-Cities region. The role involves digging trenches for pipe laying, foundations, and other underground utility installations, as well as assisting in the installation and repair of water and sewer lines. The position requires strict adherence to safety procedures and protocols, particularly when excavating near underground utilities.
Responsibilities
We guarantee 40 hours of work each week regardless of weather conditions, with no travel or weekend obligations. Our company invests in its employees by providing continued education and opportunities for advancement. You will receive a guaranteed $500 holiday bonus after one year of service, and enjoy 5 PTO days annually, with an additional day accrued each year. We are highly profitable, with 150% of our projects on backlog, ensuring job stability. Our equipment is new and top-of-the-line, reflecting our commitment to providing the best tools for our team.
Work Environment
Expect to work an average of 5, 8-hour days, typically from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. Employees generally work between 50 to 55 hours a week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
