Housekeeping

**** $1000 Sign On BONUS After 90 days of Employment!

**** Also a $8.00 BONUS for each room cleaned within the required time!

Seeking Housekeeper. Duties will be housekeeping such as cleaning rooms, the kitchen, hallways and the general premises.

Compensation: $20.32 per hour plus $$ $8.00 BONUS $$ for each room cleaned on time!

$1000 Sign On Bonus After 90 days of Employment!

Hours: 3 days - 24 hours (more as needed.)

Days to be determined. May include weekends - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM -

Duties:

Perform cleaning of hotel rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning of furniture and surfaces.
Replenish kitchen, bathroom and common area supplies, as needed
Respond promptly to management requests and projects, as requested
Maintain regular communication with senior maintenance personnel
Clean hallways, patio area, parking lot, and water plants

Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident;

Ability to read and follow cleaning or maintenance chemical and equipment instructions, and safety precautions accurately.

A background check will be required..

Reliability, hard working, integrity and ability to work independently are important.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid, current drivers' license.
