Qualifications EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the field of Education, or related field Four years’ experience teaching Two years of Highly Effective or Effective Value-Added Model (VAM) ratings Two years’ experience in a leadership or mentoring role OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position Licenses Valid Florida Educator's Certificate in assigned subject area or grade level Other Requirements ITC - Humanities Instructional Trainer Coach (Humanities) must possess knowledge of content and curricular resources specific to English Language Arts and Social Studies.
