About Bold Line Design (BLD):

At Bold Line Design, we build every project from the inside out. We believe that exceptional interior design pushes the boundaries of how we collaboratively create BOLD buildings from start to finish. Our passion for design is matched only by our commitment to delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically impactful spaces.

Why Join Us?

At BLD, we don’t just design; we create experiences. Our unique approach integrates architects and interior designers working side-by- side every day, exchanging ideas in real-time to ensure that every project is better, faster, and more creative. As a result, our designs push the boundaries of innovation and leave a lasting impact on the spaces we touch.

About the Role

We are seeking an Interior Designer who possesses both the creative vision and skill set to complement and enhance the BOLD experience of our architectural designs throughout the interior spaces of our projects. This role offers a chance to make your mark by creating and delivering bold, transformative interior designs that connect ideas and details with inspirational images, finish selections, and curated collections of furniture, art, and accessories.

As the Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping each project’s creative direction that elevates the collaborative design process and client experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion, BLDing a vision that is consistently, innovatively, and thoroughly documented.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and designers to seamlessly integrate interior design concepts with architectural / SMEP plans, creating unified, coordinated, and bold spaces.
  • Curate inspiring interior experiences, including product and finish selections, furniture arrangements, art collections, and accessories, elevating the overall design.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on design vision and project goals.
  • Drive design & documentation excellence by maintaining a high standard for quality and creativity in all deliverables.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience for 5 years or more in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality work.
  • 4-year degree in Interior Design or Architecture. NCIDQ certification preferred.
  • A bold design vision, paired with a collaborative and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for integrating creative concepts with functional design solutions.
  • Experience in bringing conceptual ideas to the table along with the ability to develop those ideas into a comprehensive interior design package. Comprehensive Interior Design skills include space planning, interior design presentations, construction documents, details, finish selections, and curated collections of furniture / art / accessories.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborators.
  • A proactive, outgoing personality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Why Bold Line Design?

At BLD, we’re not just creating spaces; we’re shaping experiences. We’re excited to build an Interior Design Studio that challenges conventional boundaries and encourages collaboration, creativity, and the pursuit of BOLD ideas. We offer an inspiring work environment where you’ll have the freedom to explore new design possibilities while working alongside a talented, driven team.
