LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production needs, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute all inventory-related activities across two operational sites.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (Epicor experience highly preferred).
• Reconcile physical inventory with system data; research and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure adequate stock levels without overstocking.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory control.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and recommend replenishment strategies.
• Partner with logistics, purchasing, and operations to optimize inventory flow and support demand forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to work across multiple locations and build trust with diverse teams.
• Strong ERP knowledge: Epicor experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle inventory in a warehouse environment.
• A proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• A self-starter who thrives on solving problems and improving processes.
• Someone who values collaboration and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• A professional who understands the balance between maintaining sufficient stock and avoiding excess inventory.

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $70,000

Benefits Offered: 2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
