Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Location: Huntsville, AL 35806

Pay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour

Duration: 3-Month Assignment (Possibly Temp to Hire)

Job Summary:

As an Inventory Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that patients receive their medical supplies and medications on time and as expected. This role involves not only organizing inventory but also coordinating delivery routes and, when necessary, assisting with the receipt of deliveries. Your efforts will directly impact patient satisfaction and the smooth operation of our inventory system.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean and process returned medical equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while serving as a liaison between patients and other individuals encountered in the patient’s home.
• Assist with inventory control, including receiving shipments and stocking inventory as needed.
• Coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Help with the receiving and inspection of incoming deliveries when required.

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid and unimpaired Driver's License.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
