Job Description

We are seeking a detail?oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team in Dayton, NJ. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely stock replenishment, and supporting operational efficiency in a fast?paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments accurately.
• Organize and label inventory for easy identification and retrieval.
• Prepare and process inventory?related documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and problem?solving skills.
