In this role, the successful candidate will support two partners who specialize in a focused area of litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal professional seeking growth and stability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume, fast-paced litigation environment. Familiarity with state and federal courts—both within and outside Michigan—is preferred.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing legal and administrative support to assigned attorneys and the Office Manager
Drafting and preparing correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
Handling conflict checks and preparing supporting documentation for new clients
E-filing and physical filing with appropriate court systems
Docketing critical dates into a centralized system
Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reimbursements
Communicating with clients and responding to attorney calls
Organizing and maintaining attorney files and client information
Entering attorney time for billing purposes
Offering support to other attorneys, legal assistants, and staff as needed
Minimum Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent computer skills utilizing MS Word, Outlook, and related MS software.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage a high-volume and diverse workload for multiple
people.
• Excellent organizational skills.
