As a Legal Interim Managing Consultant-Business Development/Legal Consultant in our Korn Ferry consulting practice, you will significantly impact our consultants and clients by connecting the right people to the right work. You will build deep relationships with senior business leaders, act as a trusted advisor, help clients solve complex problems, and align meaningful work to expand our consultants’ careers. This role offers lucrative personal revenue growth opportunities within a collaborative, dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a book of business in our Legal Interim sector, focusing on corporate counsel and attorney consulting projects with AmLaw firms and corporations. Drive business development, execution, and delivery of legal interim consulting efforts, aligning with the firm's vision and objectives. Ensure all current and prospective clients understand Korn Ferry’s mission. Source and represent consultants in opportunities that enhance their careers. Meet and exceed sales goals for Korn Ferry, especially as we build out a new legal practice. Drive business growth to meet or exceed financial targets with solid gross profit margins. Think analytically, communicate new ideas, and be project-oriented. Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership. Collaborate with other leaders and affiliates to create brand awareness and growth. Participate in professional networking to represent Korn Ferry and increase brand visibility within the legal community. Identify opportunities to join boards, associations, or causes to expand our legal interim business network. Exude professionalism and provide high-quality service to clients and consultants. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 10 years in prospecting, pitching, and closing business in a sales or similar role. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels and with the public. Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with a team. Proven track record in legal search, legal consulting, leadership, sales, or recruiting in the local market is a plus.
