The Logistics Manager will own full DFARS/FAR compliance of government property from induction to delivery while commanding a high-performing team in a classified environment. You will work onsite at the 9024 Rita Road Facility. **What You Will Do** + Lead the GFM Mission + Direct 1 Warehouse Supervisor and 3-5 Analysts with total span: 10-15 Warehouse employees across a classified zone + Lead daily Tier stand-ups, drive weekly performance, and deliver quarterly talent development plans. + Mentor leaders on DFARS compliance, and real-time discrepancy resolution. + Own Compliance & Audit Readiness + Guarantee zero audit findings in DCMA Property Control System Reviews + Execute the GFM Lifecycle + Induction: Manage the process of induction and storage of GFM Material + Storage: Segregated and manage inventory + Issuance: Just-in-time delivery to production areas + Disposition: Support disposition of Plant clearance material + Drive Operational Excellence + Deliver zero backlog, On time induction, and support factories on-schedule builds. + Implement process improvements regularly + Partner with Planners, and Manufacturing, to ensure material availability = mission success. + Champion Safety & Security + Enforce Explosive Safety, OSHA, and DoD standards. + Oversee closed-area protocols. + This is a 1st shift, onsite position. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience + Experience with management/leading a team + U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
