Moveup are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers/Drivers to join our team. As a Mover/Driver , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients' belongings. If you are physically fit, enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, and have a passion for helping people during their relocation process, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, boxes, and other items from origin to destination
• Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed
• Securely pack items in the moving truck to prevent damage during transportation
• Operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and coordinated moves
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns and handling their possessions with care
• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices throughout the moving process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the truck and at job sites

Requirements:

• Physically capable of lifting heavy items and working in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude and a friendly demeanor
• Previous moving experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates
• Valid driver's license in Driver Position
• Clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule:

• Start Time: 7:00 AM
• Full-time positions available
• Flexible schedule with occasional weekend work

Pay Range:

• Crew Leader/Drivers are paid between $18.00-$21.00/hr + tips
• Movers are paid between $14.00-17.00/hr + tips
