We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Online Sales Consultant to join our winning team. As an eCommerce business with over 3,000 luxury watches in stock and all under one roof, we combine the scale of an online storefront with the personalized service of a high-end boutique.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong product knowledge, stay updated on industry trends
  • Present our products in a compelling way that leads to conversions
  • Close deals effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online sales or a similar role in a fast-paced, digital environment
  • Strong understanding of digital sales strategies
  • Effective sales techniques and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Watch knowledge is a plus, the ability to develop deep product knowledge is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary is based on experience, expected range is $60,000 - $80,000 plus Annual Bonus.
