Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be professional, compassionate, and eager to contribute to a modern, patient-focused surgical practice. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon during oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, implants, and bone grafting.
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and operatories.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
• Monitor patients under anesthesia and sedation with attention to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
• Deliver exceptional, bilingual-friendly patient care (English/Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a surgical or dental assistant (oral surgery preferred).
• Radiology certification (Florida) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
