We’re looking for a Organizational Development Specialist to lead efforts that enhance employee growth, workplace engagement, and overall organizational culture. This individual will be a key contributor to designing and delivering initiatives that support learning and development, performance optimization, and a strong, inclusive employee experience. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute customized training strategies to support professional development. Collaborate with department heads to identify capability gaps and propose targeted solutions. Manage external learning opportunities and e-learning resources. Monitor the success of training efforts through measurable outcomes and feedback. Design initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention. Lead efforts around employee feedback, surveys, and actionable improvement plans. Plan and manage internal events, wellness activities, and employee recognition programs. Serve as a liaison for employee concerns, fostering transparent and constructive dialogue. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through education, events, and strategy alignment. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure values are integrated into team operations. Reinforce company culture through internal communications and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline. Master's degree HIGHLY preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or training and development roles. Solid understanding of talent management, learning frameworks, and employee engagement strategies. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience with HR systems, learning platforms, and employee engagement tools is preferred. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage initiatives independently of planning through delivery. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
