Essentia Health is partnering with Advanced Minnesota to offer a no cost training to individuals interested in pursuing a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant with Essentia Health. The program covers the full cost ofeducation and the certification exam to become a CNA. Earn Income while training - providing indirect care to patients. You will be:~Responsible to assist the licensed professionals and direct care staff with personal cares per individualized care plans to maintain the personal comfort of the resident as assigned. ~Works to maintain a clean, safe and organized environment for the residents.~Assists with basic personal cares, including assistance in with meal setup and water pass.~Provides activity and exercise for the residents as assigned. ~Assists residents in dealing with psychosocial needs.~Responsible for observing and reporting any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor. ~Completes all required documentation in a complete and timely manner.~May assist with entrance screening and other duties as assigned.

Education Qualifications:

This is a Flex position (0.6-0.9) - 24-36hr per week.

• Must successfully complete the facility required training courses.
