About Us Laub Law is a boutique law firm located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, NV. We pride ourselves on our client-focused approach and are looking for a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. Pay is negotiable based on experience. We are looking for someone who is able to work part-time but can consider full-time if the right candidate doesn't mind handling pre-litigation as well.

About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive paralegal who can take ownership of cases and move them forward efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to assess case status, determine next steps, and take action with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Draft and prepare legal documents ✔ Communicate with clients, attorneys, and legal professionals ✔ Conduct legal research and review case files ✔ Assist with case management and filing ✔ Ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in personal injury law is a plus, but we welcome paralegals with strong legal backgrounds in other areas ✅ Self-starter mentality – you should be able to assess cases and take initiative ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills ✅ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
