Contract Data Entry Specialist - Carmel, IN (Onsite)

Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Assignment Length: Through 8/1/26 (possibility to extend or convert to hire)
Location: Carmel office - Free garage parking provided
Start Date: ASAP - Urgent Need

About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Entry Specialist to join our client in Carmel, IN. This is a fully onsite position offering a stable schedule and a collaborative environment. If you have strong Excel skills and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle title inventory
• Pull daily reports for vehicle information
• Send Excel spreadsheets with VIN details (50-100 VINs per day)

Qualifications

• Must have strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
• Vehicle auction or automotive knowledge preferred but not required
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
