Presales Solution Principal Supply Chain SaaS

Responsibilities

• Leverage handson business experience, industry knowledge, and supplychain expertise to conduct discovery, develop a RELEX point of view, lead workshops, and drive innovation with prospects.
• Use deep RELEX solution expertise and configuration skills to create tailored demonstrations of RELEX capabilities.
• Provide thought leadership with business leaders to align CPG / Manufacturing planning and supplychain strategy, establishing a strong business case supported by a compelling value proposition.
• Understand a prospects needs through discovery sessions and assemble a demonstration of what a RELEX solution would look like if implemented.
• Assist in creating Proof of Concepts and influence approach and configuration when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal functional groups, including Professional Services, Central Presales, Product Strategy, Product Management, and Product Marketing.
• Interact with clients and present to prospect audiences.
• Develop and customize sales material.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of business logic such as forecasting, replenishment, safetystock optimization, and capacity management.
• Ability to translate customer issues into RELEXbased solutions.
• System configuration capability.
• Analytical mindset.
• Presentation skills.
• Knowledge of or desire to learn industry sectors.
• Flexible and adaptable approach, able to communicate advanced logic to a broad audience.
• Willingness to work within ambiguity and drive improvement for customers and internal processes.
• Comfort with travel across the US and Canada when needed (approx. 40%).
