About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its community-focused financial institution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership, as well as comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance in the banking industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a demonstrated ability to drive growth while ensuring a sound and secure financial position.
