Our client, a leading manufacturer in Frankfort MI, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate
Hours: 6am - 4:30pm Mon - Thur OT- Fridays- based on needs

Location: Frankfort, MI

Pay Range: $14.75 hour

What's the Job?

• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years Production Experiance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Availability to work Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.
