The Role

This is a role for someone who enjoys building. You’ll work alongside a passionate senior leadership team, but have the autonomy to truly make your mark.

You’ll lead across one or more verticals within the Supply Chain & Engineering practice, focusing on:

• Driving individual and team performance through coaching, mentorship, and clear direction
• Supporting consultants with strategy, business development, and key client growth
• Building a collaborative, positive, high-output culture
• Contributing to the wider growth strategy for the US business
• Acting as a visible, empowering leader within the office

About You

We’re looking for a confident but grounded leader. Someone who knows how to get results, but leads with empathy, energy, and accountability.

• 5 - 7 years of experience in agency recruitment
• 2+ years in a leadership role (officially or unofficially)
• Proven billing track record
• A performance mindset – you lead by example
• Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Technical disciplines is a plus
• Thrive in high-activity, high-performance cultures
