Position Overview

We are currently hiring Registered Nurse Supervisors (RN Supervisors) for long-term care facilities. In this key leadership role, you will oversee nursing staff, manage clinical operations during your shift, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality resident care
• Oversee daily clinical operations and resolve issues as they arise
• Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adjust care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and facility leadership
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience , preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience strongly preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
