We are a stealth-mode, early-stage startup developing novel biologics to treat frailty-associated disorders. Our mission is straightforward: to create therapeutics that preserve and enhance physical function for older adults.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Research Associate to support our antibody engineering initiatives. This is an unusual opportunity to learn antibody discovery by joining a small, early-stage team, assume key responsibilities, and grow rapidly with the company. We’re at a pivotal stage, seeking someone proactive and ambitious; someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help shape the future of medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute in vitro antibody selections using yeast display
• Screen antibodies utilizing ELISA, flow cytometry, SPR and in vitro cellular assays
• Employ molecular biology to design and construct combinatorial antibody libraries
• Analyze data using FlowJo, Prism, and Geneious
• Document experiments thoroughly using Benchling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related fields
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with display techniques (yeast and/or phage) 
• Proven ability to manage high-throughput scientific workflows independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative yet capable of independent work
• Proactive problem solver eager to expand technical skills
• Passionate about developing therapies to address diseases affecting older adults

Ideal Candidate:

• Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., Quartzy)
• Previous experience in antibody discovery workflows
