The Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment using customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of Company goals. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs and wants through intentional conversation, using company resources to reinforce the brand experience, sharing current products and fashion trends, supporting operational areas as needed, planning and prioritizing tasks, protecting company assets, and following all company policies and employment laws. Requirements include strong sales or hospitality experience, ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, proficiency with mobile technology, and physical ability to adjust or move store fixtures and retrieve merchandise from heights. The role reports to Store Manager, General Manager, or Multi-Store Manager and emphasizes creating a warm and welcoming environment, strong communication skills, and representing the brand through fashion and product knowledge.
